What to expect at your Photo Session

Session will take place outside at a location that is decided before hand. In case of bad weather, I will gladly reschedule you. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Prior to the session I will discuss with you what you are looking for in a session.

I will email or call you about 7 days prior to our session just to go over the details. Many people will call me in a panic because they aren’t sure what to wear or how to dress their children. I love answering those questions but I also have created a Pinterest account and put together a board called “What to Wear” My Pinterest Board is here . I also suggest bringing a hair clip for girls in case of wind blowing hair.

I want to capture you (or your children’s’) spirit and personality. I will pose you and take candids. Parents, I know children want to have fun, so let them! Kids will be kids so let them play a little. During you session, we will chat, get to know each other, it will help your family relax. I want you to have fun! Feel free to bring a blanket, a kite, bubbles etc. Parents you may also want to bring a snack for your kids and don’t forget tissues!

After your session is over, I will ask you if you’d like to sign a model release. This is just so I can use your photos for promotion. On my website mainly. Please, if you object it is not a problem!

A few days after the session, I will email you a photo or 2 to preview. Then about 2 weeks after I will place your photos on a online password protected gallery

Looking forward to meeting you!
